CCC&S is operated by Boncrest Resource Group, a nonprofit organization with a strong mission of serving others. Boncrest Resource Group has contracted with Oakdale Seniors Alliance for the support of our communities. Oakdale Seniors Alliance supports communities that provide a full continuum of care services: independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and home health/hospice services.
