Christian Care Nursing & Rehabilitation is a full-service facility for those who need short-term care following a hospital stay or for those who need care for a more extended period. The State of Texas licenses the 140-beds (private and semi-private rooms) for Medicaid and Medicare. We have been serving seniors since 1973.
Rehabilitation services offer post-surgical, cardiac care, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, and community re-integration and reconditioning provided by licensed therapists. Computerized patient progress and outcome studies showcase the improvement of patients. Outpatient Therapy is also available.
Christian Care Hospice is a faith-based, not-for-profit, Licensed, and Certified agency providing home care under the direction and medical guidance of a physician to clients in the Dallas / Fort Worth areas and all North Texas./p>
Our Home2Stay services are built to fit the individual needs of each client. Home2Stay services often include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management and reminders, companionship, and assistance with other activities of daily living.
