Parks Memory Care Assisted Living, located in the Christian Care Communities & Services community in Fort Worth, opened in January 2018. The community consists of 15 private apartments and is based on the small house care concept, focusing on a smaller number of residents. Parks Memory Care Assisted Living features a dining room, two separate living spaces, and an outdoor garden atrium. The staff is trained in memory care, and there is a full-time Certified Dementia Practitioner serving as the Life Enrichment Director.
