Parks Memory Care Assisted Living at Lakewood Village provides a warm, intimate setting designed specifically for those living with memory loss. Opened in 2018, our community features 15 private apartments and follows the small house care model, creating a close-knit environment where residents receive personalized attention and support.
Our thoughtfully designed spaces include a welcoming dining area, an activity area, a comfortable living area, and a serene outdoor garden atrium, all designed to promote engagement and well-being. Our compassionate staff is specially trained in memory care, and a full-time Certified Dementia Practitioner serves as the Life Enrichment Director, ensuring residents experience meaningful moments every day.
